- All initial STI screenings are done virtually unless requested otherwise.
- To inquire about Well Woman Exams and determine your eligibility, please call us at 770-889-8302.
- We offer Proof of Pregnancy for people applying for OB Medicaid.
- If you need an interpreter for your appointment, please call us during normal business hours at 770-889-8302.
- If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
In Person Appointments:
- Please be prepared to leave a urine sample upon arrival.
- Bring a photo ID.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment.
- Please fill out paperwork texted to you before your appointment.
- You are allowed 1 adult support person with you during your appointment; no children are allowed.
Virtual Appointments:
- Please be in a private location during your appointment.
- Read the text sent to you with your appointment instructions before your appointment.
